Quick Start
Get up and running with AI Photo Trainer in under 5 minutes. Follow the guide for your role to start improving photo quality with AI-powered feedback.
For Photographers
Download the desktop application to start rating photos and earning badges through AI-powered quality detection.
1. Download and Install
Download the latest AI Photo Training installer from your company portal or administrator.
- Download
AI Photo Training Setup 0.9.0.exe - Double-click the installer
- Follow the installation wizard (default settings are recommended)
- Click "Launch AI Photo Training" when finished
Note: Installation requires Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit) and approximately 2 GB of free disk space. See System Requirements for full details.
2. First Launch
On first launch, the application will:
- Create your local database
- Initialize default settings
- Prompt you to download AI models
Download AI Models: Click "Download Models" to download the required AI models (~1.5 GB). This is a one-time download that takes 5-10 minutes depending on your internet speed. The app works offline after downloading.
Tip: Models are downloaded from Google Drive. If you experience slow downloads, try again during off-peak hours or contact your administrator for alternative download options.
3. Login with PIN
Once models are downloaded, you'll be prompted to log in:
- Enter your photographer PIN (provided by your administrator)
- Click "Login"
- The app will connect to the backend and verify your credentials
- You'll see the main dashboard
Need a PIN? Contact your administrator to get your photographer PIN. They can create your account and provide you with a PIN in the Admin Portal.

For Administrators
Access the admin portal to manage photographers, view company analytics, and configure badge criteria.
1. Access Admin Portal
- Navigate to
https://training.schoolpicturedays.com/admin - Sign in with your administrator credentials
- You'll be taken to the admin dashboard
Admin Access: Contact your system administrator if you don't have admin credentials. Only authorized personnel can access the admin portal.
2. Navigate the Dashboard
The admin dashboard provides:
- Overview: Company-wide statistics and quick metrics
- Photographers: Manage photographer accounts and PINs
- Analytics: View performance reports and trends
- Badges: Configure badge criteria and view achievements

For Photographers (Web Portal)
Access your personal dashboard on the web to view sessions, badges, and analytics from any device.
1. Access Photographer Portal
- Navigate to
https://training.schoolpicturedays.com/photographer - Sign in with your photographer credentials
- You'll see your personal dashboard
Note: Use the same credentials you use to log into the desktop app. If you only have a PIN, contact your administrator to set up web portal access.
2. View Your Data
Your photographer portal includes:
- Dashboard: Personal statistics and recent activity
- Sessions: View all your rating sessions and history
- Badges: See earned badges and progress toward new ones
