Photographer Dashboard

The Photographer Portal provides a personal dashboard where you can view your statistics, track badge progress, review session history, and monitor your performance over time.

Accessing Your Dashboard

Login Process

1. Navigate to the Photographer Portal URL (provided by your administrator)
2. Enter your 6-digit PIN on the login page
3. Click "Log In"
4. Your personal dashboard loads immediately

Your company may have a custom subdomain. Contact your supervisor if you're unsure of your portal URL.

Dashboard Overview

Your personal dashboard displays comprehensive information about your rating activity and achievements:

Personal Statistics

The top of your dashboard shows key performance metrics in card format:

📸 Total Photos Rated	Lifetime count of all photos you've analyzed (e.g., "1,245")
⭐ Average Quality	Your mean quality score across all photos (e.g., "8.7")
🏆 Badges Earned	Achievement badges you've unlocked (e.g., "7/10")
📊 Total Sessions	Number of rating sessions you've completed (e.g., "23")
📅 This Week	Photos you've rated in the last 7 days (e.g., "152")
⏱️ Total Time	Cumulative time spent in active sessions (e.g., "45.5 hours")

Recent Activity

Below your statistics, view a chronological feed of your recent rating sessions:

Session Timeline

Each session entry displays:

• Session Date: When the session took place (e.g., "November 2, 2025")
• Duration: How long the session lasted (e.g., "1h 25min")
• Photos Rated: Number of photos analyzed in that session (e.g., "87 photos")
• Average Quality: Mean rating for the session (e.g., "8.9")
• Badges Earned: If you unlocked any badges during the session (e.g., "🏆 Century Club")

Click any session to view detailed breakdowns including:

• Quality distribution (Excellent/Good/Fair/Poor percentages)
• Technical metrics (brightness, contrast, blur averages)
• Issue detection (glare, pose, eye problems frequency)
• Photo-by-photo ratings list

Quality Insights

Your dashboard provides personalized insights to help you improve:

• "Your average quality is 8.7 - above company average of 8.2 ✓"
• "You have the lowest glare detection rate in the company (2%) 🌟"

Performance Trends

Visualize your progress over time with interactive trend graphs:

Quality Trend Graph

Line graph showing your average quality score over the selected time period:

• Date Range Selector: View trends for last 7 days, 30 days, 3 months, or all time
• Rolling Average: Smoothed 7-day average to reduce day-to-day noise
• Company Comparison: Optional overlay showing company average for context
• Milestone Markers: Badges earned are marked on the timeline

The dashboard provides quick access to common tasks:

• 📈 View Detailed Analytics: Access comprehensive performance reports
• ⚙️ Update Profile: Change your display name or notification preferences
• 🔐 Change PIN: Request a new PIN from your administrator

Notifications Center

Click the bell icon (🔔) in the top right to view notifications:

• Badge Unlocks: "Congratulations! You earned the Century Club badge"
• Milestones: "You've rated 500 photos total!"
• Admin Messages: Important updates from your company administrator
• System Updates: New features or maintenance announcements

Leaderboard (Optional)

If your company has enabled leaderboards, you'll see your ranking:

• Photos Rated Rank: Where you stand by volume (e.g., "Rank #3 of 25")
• Quality Score Rank: Where you stand by average quality (e.g., "Rank #1 of 25")
