Review your complete rating session history, analyze detailed session statistics, compare performance across different sessions, and export data for personal records.
Viewing Session History
Session List
Access your session history from the Photographer Portal:
- Log in to the Photographer Portal with your PIN
- Click "Sessions" in the navigation menu
- View chronological list of all your rating sessions
Each session entry displays:

| Session Date | Date and start time of the session (e.g., "Nov 2, 2025 at 9:30 AM") |
| Duration | Total session length (e.g., "1h 25min") |
| Photos Rated | Number of photos analyzed (e.g., "87") |
| Average Quality | Mean quality score for the session (e.g., "8.9") |
| Badges Earned | Achievement badges unlocked (e.g., "🏆 Century Club" or "-" if none) |
| Status | Completed or Incomplete (if session wasn't properly ended) |

Filtering & Sorting
Date Range Filter
Filter sessions by time period:
- Last 7 Days: Recent sessions from the past week
- Last 30 Days: Sessions from the past month
- Last 3 Months: Quarter-level view
- This Year: All sessions in the current calendar year
- All Time: Complete session history
- Custom Range: Select specific start and end dates
Sorting Options
Click column headers to sort by:
- Date: Newest first (default) or oldest first
- Duration: Longest sessions first or shortest first
- Photos Rated: Highest volume first or lowest first
- Average Quality: Best sessions first or worst first
Search
Use the search bar to find sessions by:
- Date (e.g., "November 2")
- Badge name (e.g., "Century Club")
- Photo count range (e.g., "100-200")
Tip: Use filters to analyze your performance patterns. For example, filter by "Last 30 Days" and sort by "Average Quality" to see your best recent sessions.

The session detail page displays key statistics:

| Quality Range | Lowest and highest ratings in the session |

Technical Metrics
Average technical measurements for photos in this session:
- Brightness: Average lighting level (e.g., "72.5" on 0-255 scale)
- Contrast: Average dynamic range (e.g., "48.2")
- Blur Score: Average sharpness (e.g., "12.3" - lower is sharper)
- Pose Score: Average pose quality (e.g., "0.85" on 0-1 scale)

Comparing Sessions
Compare any two sessions side-by-side to track your improvement:
- Navigate to Sessions
- Select first session (checkbox on left)
- Select second session
- Click "Compare Selected" button
- View side-by-side comparison

Exporting Session Data
Single Session Export
Export data for any individual session:
- Open the session detail page
- Click "Export Session" button (top right)
- Choose format:
- CSV: Spreadsheet format for Excel
- JSON: Structured data format
- PDF: Printable session report
- Download completes instantly
Bulk Export
Export data for multiple sessions at once:
- Navigate to Sessions list
- Select sessions using checkboxes (or "Select All")
- Click "Export Selected" button
- Choose format and date range
- Download combined export file
What's Included in Exports
Session exports contain comprehensive data:
- Session Metadata: UUID, start/end times, duration
- Aggregate Statistics: Total photos, average quality, photo/minute rate
- Quality Distribution: Excellent/Good/Fair/Poor breakdown
- Technical Metrics: Brightness, contrast, blur averages
- Issue Summary: Count and percentage of each issue type
- Badge Information: Badges earned during session (if any)
- Photo-Level Data: Complete list of all photos with individual ratings and issues
Personal Records: Export your session data regularly to maintain personal records of your work. This is especially useful for freelancers tracking billable hours or photographers building portfolios.
